(2) By clicking the button "Buy now", "Buy" or a comparable order button, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(3) Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This order confirmation does not yet constitute an acceptance of the offer.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices stated are inclusive of statutory value added tax, where applicable by law.
(2) Shipping costs may be additional. The amount of the shipping costs is displayed before completing the ordering process.
(3) The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
(4) Payment processing is carried out through the respective payment service providers selected.
§ 5 Delivery and Shipping
(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
(2) The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates.
(3) Delivery delays due to force majeure, government measures, customs clearance, or other unforeseeable events do not give rise to a claim for damages.
(4) For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.
(5) If additional shipping or return costs arise due to incorrect or incomplete address information, these are to be borne by the buyer.

Until full payment has been received, the goods remain our property.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

(2) Reviews must not contain unlawful, insulting, discriminatory, or misleading content.
(3) We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate applicable law or these GTC.
§ 13 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission no longer provides an online dispute resolution platform.
We are not obliged and are not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 14 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
§ 15 Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
