BioNatal Black Seed Oil Production
Nigella Sativa Seeds
We use only the richest Nigella Sativa seeds in the world. These seeds from Ethiopia provide us with the most potent black seed oil available.
Coldest pressing process
The coldest pressing method ever devised operates at a temperature of 25–36°C, producing the purest black seed oil without any burning effects. The temperature is monitored manually during the extraction process.
Virgin oil
The oil is not filtered so that it remains natural and unadulterated. Immediately after extraction, we manually separate the pure black seed oil from the sediment (the powdered seeds). Then we manually add 5% of the sediment to each 450-gram container, so that our customers receive unfiltered black seed oil with the optimal amount of sediment.
Highest thymoquinone content
With a thymoquinone content of up to 4.64%, BioNatal’s revolutionary artisanal production process is the only way to achieve maximum quality from premium Ethiopian Nigella sativa seeds.
93% of companies worldwide buy black seed oil in the Far East and Middle East, as well as in Africa. The oil is then bottled in their own branded containers and sold on the local market. BioNatal produces its oil and sources the seeds directly from farmers in Ethiopia’s finest region. BioNatal carries out every stage of the process from start to finish.
BioNatal takes care of every single batch, and we want our black seed oil to contain ground Nigella sativa seeds so that our customers receive 100% of the benefits of black cumin seeds. The Quality page on our website describes the material we use, the manufacturing method, and the uniqueness of the natural sediment that makes BioNatal unfiltered black seed oil the best.
